SKT-100A: Anti-skid & Auto Braking System Trainer
The Anti-skid and Auto Braking Training System for aviation maintenance classrooms is designed to represent the anti-skid braking system that is one of the most essential components of modern jet aircraft.
Featuring all real world technologies and components, this training system is perfect in helping build and maintain the needed industry skills seen across the aviation industry. Aviation Maintenance Technicians are in short-supply, and our hands-on training systems ensure that trainees not only comprehend the theory, but are also well prepared to maintain the anti-skid braking system.
The Anti-Skid and Auto-Braking Training System includes a typical hydraulic brake system as well as the anti-skid assemblies and components for real world training.
The training systems can contains one to two functioning aircraft wheels.
HYF-100B: Aviation Hydraulic Landing Gear Training System
The HYD-100B Hydraulic Landing Gear Training System offers effective hands-on training for aircraft landing gear system maintenance trainees on real world equipment and components.
The training system assures that students technicians are well-trained in today’s modern technologies to maintain the landing gear system in the best way possible and in accordance with safety standards. The trainer displays the landing gear mechanism as found in actual aircraft, and is designed to represent an actual landing gear system. It contains all components and assemblies of an actual hydraulic landing gear system for students to attain real world skills and competencies.
The Model HYD-100B features a complete wheel and tire assembly with hydraulic brake system, including master cylinder and brake pedal. The control unit includes control throttles for landing gear and hydraulic flap operation. Indicators demonstrate show up, down, and in-transition conditions. A throttle warning horn is also mounted on the control panel. This model comes mounted on a mobile stand to provide a clear view from all directions.
FDE-100V: Aircraft Fire Detection & Extinguisher Training Systems
We are proud to present our FDE-100V Fire Detection and Extinguisher Training Systems for Aviation Maintenance Programs. The system simulates a functional Airbus Fire Detection and Extinguishing system, and incorporates the continuous loop and spot detectors with controls, indication and test circuits.
Using compressed air, the extinguisher(s) can discharge simulated shop air when the system is activated, and the instructor can induce faults for the trainees to learn valuable troubleshooting skills on industrial components and technologies.
The trainer is installed on a movable frame, and can be easily positioned as needed. We offer the system in 3 formats:
